We have three main research directions including Smart Materials, Energy Materials, 2D Inorganic Electronic Materials and Devices.

  • Smart Materials: Preparation of smart materials, Regulation of response characteristics and applications based on the micro/nano material structure of vanadium dioxide, such as near-field power meter, micro-brake, infrared detectors, smart glass, etc.
  • Energy Materials: Applications of advanced micro/nano functional materials in energy storage materials (lithium-ion batteries and super capacitors), smart windows, energy-saving materials, etc.; Development and industrialization of new-type perovskite solar cells
  • 2D Materials: Low-temperature growth of 2D materials on flexible substrates with large area, single crystal, controllable layer, etc. ;direct growth of heterostructures by CVD/PECVD method; techniques of continuous green transfer process and multiple device applications.
